This is an image of firsts... my first picture on here in ages, my first picture attempted with a tablet, my first serious piece of Avatar fanart (I'm ashamed to admit it)(as in this should be amongst many other works)...
Ty Lee, of Avatar fame, finding that she can (surprisingly) cope pretty well with her rapidly shifting center of balance (thus far...). As an acrobat/contortionist/gymnast/etc., I'd imagine that her flexibility and agility would be very important to her.
Sadly I didn't discover how to stop the eraser scratch marks until the end (they're rather distracting), leaving lines all up and down, with dots in the eye and face area. I'm not proud of her left hand. It's small too, and cropped weird-like.
Critiques would be extremely appriciated!
(and wow... submitting is a heck'uva-lot easier than I remember it... back in my day.... walk to school.... 15 miles..... snow and hail..... lunch in my pail.... (rants))
Pretty awesome for a first attempt at a tablet. I've had mine for a while and still can't paint with it. Well, paint good anyways. Nice to see something new from you. Keep up the kickass work, and hope you had a Merry Christmas.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Ya know, forget it, I will say it.

My main critique is that her belly seems a little too connected into her leg.
